I won't lie, I do get some delusions of grandeur about owning/operating my own small airport.

It will take (300 divided by 1.6) 187.5 months or 15.6 years for you to put away $300K from cash flowing the property (This assumes that the property is never vacant)When considering the time/cost of money, i.e. inflation, the value of the $300K from renting over 15 years is small versus having the $300K now.I would sell.

Otherwise, the criminal case can serve as evidence in suing them in small claims court. 

They run as small operations but do great work IMO.

That aggregator is not as reliable as Plaid so transaction importing is not very smooth and often involves having to reinput password, etc.Overall, for a small investor like me, I think Stessa is a good choice.

Hello Hemanth,I noticed that blanket loans versus individual DSCR have their pros and cons.For say in States where loans are small and lenders require a minimum loan amount then a blanket loan can make sense.

If you want to dip your toe in the water, might be good to start with something small like a condo or house.
