You may get 1-2 listings every week or 2 (maybe less depending on the area) but a year or 2 after looking at those comps you will know what market rent is.

Example: a listing with a cool property but bad pictures or poorly written Airbnb listing, or maybe it needs a new design refresh or doesn't get many reviews.
