The only difference is that, in the case of the 2008 spike in energy prices, the money didn't go towards plugging holes in the public finances but was instead spent on English football clubs (well, not all of it, but I am sure you get the point) which have become the latest 'must have' amongst the super-rich in the Middle East.For all those reasons, I am becoming increasingly convinced that the ultimate outcome of this crisis will turn out to be deflation – not inflation.

She claims to be a Real Estate Broker where if you look her up on California real estate division her license status is sales person as well as Inactive. meaning she is not currently affiliated with any brokerage and she can not be involved in selling or buying real estate activity now. 7/16/2010 she does not deliver, she has not done any thing for her so called fast track people and ask her to provide you references, look up BBB, Check with Attorney general office and talk to other investors, if it is too good to be true then it is.

That doesn't sound like a bank to me) At any rate, it isn't for you, so deliver it to your landlord.If you want to know if the property is in foreclosure, it will be recorded with the county.

Add in the cost for the course, the license, joining the local MLS and Associations of Realtors, and your monthly desk fees, etc. you'll have lost money rather than saved by getting a commission.To rant for a bit, "part-time" agents are a really big problem for the real estate industry because too many amateurs get their license and sell 1 home a year for their friends and family and usually deliver extremely sub-par service.
