Hi @Michelle Reid, I would use the find an agent tool from BP to find a local investor-friendly agent.They should have deep local knowledge and should be able to answer any questions that you may have.You can also go to the "Network" tab and type in "Seffner, FL" to find investors local to the area.Hope this helps!

The other two big malls in the PDX metro seem to be doing OK.. the one on the west side of town is owned by the Singapore sovereign fund so they they have deep pockets and with the social unrest in Portland there is now a push to the suburbs which is a major shift from 10 years ago..
