Hi @Michelle Reid, I would use the find an agent tool from BP to find a local investor-friendly agent.They should have deep local knowledge and should be able to answer any questions that you may have.You can also go to the "Network" tab and type in "Seffner, FL" to find investors local to the area.Hope this helps!

Buying something for the write off is never a good idea....and if that something is a boat it's even worse idea 😂Do a deep dive on how much said sailboat going to cost you and how often you'll use it.

Some of which we can reuse again, like tools and supplies.We decided on a deeper more squared-off kitchen sink, a modern faucet (spring with hose), bright matte white interior paint all over the house and garage, The countertops are now carrera marble laminate formica with a deep layer of high-gloss clear resin coating, matte black faucets and bathroom handles, while all other knobs, dishes, stoppers, and 'house earrings" are brushed nickel.

This deal was attractive because although it was occupied by squatters at the time of purchase, this allowed us to get a deep discount because no other investors were willing to take the risk of deal with a tenant holdover.

The other two big malls in the PDX metro seem to be doing OK.. the one on the west side of town is owned by the Singapore sovereign fund so they they have deep pockets and with the social unrest in Portland there is now a push to the suburbs which is a major shift from 10 years ago..
