What are your thoughts  on walk-through  bedroom houses  as a  long time rental property  as young investor they are very common  in my area and would make a good  long term  rental by number, What are the pros  and cons .

My wife and I want to put a Tiny home on our property and ideally rent it on airbnb.I have read several different things on STRs in Oceanside.

I sold a house with a QC deed a few weeks back that was my tax deed.Tax Deeds are not a great deal from what I have heard.

It looks like to get started, I will need to do my first deal out of state, perhaps in the Midwest or the South.
