What is the difference in doing this, verses placing their name on a landlord website reporting they are deadbeats?

The good thing is that there are no ongoing mobthly or annual fees.Go to my website and click on the link on the right which will take you directly to Guidant.As far as non recourse loans, the best I have found is NASB (North American Savings Bank).

Neither....WWEI.Leh and Wamu werent penny stocks when I got the check.I just took a complete gamble with WWEI.The only think it had going for it was its a wind company and Pickens announced his plan interest spiked and took it to .20.Though I believe its a scam company because they have been touting a PPA for a windfield and keep pushing the dates out.I wouldn't invest in the company.

I do know that if the property is redeemed by the taxpayer then they have to pay the successful bidder the full amount of the bid plus 20 percent annually from the date of payment.
