I have been doing real estate for twenty five years and about a year ago, I tried 5,000 postcards, professionally designed, full color, over sized and to a good mailing list.

Also, the off-white color of the cabinets clashed a bit with the white of the trim and ceilings.

So you can't mention anything in your ads about race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or familial status. 

For example, was excited about paying $1M for a country ice cream shop and adjacent vacant lot with Comcast billboard on it, until I discovered the metro plan had them capping off the road it was on to turn the cross road into an expressway.

@John Knisely As much as I see where you are coming from, gray is a very nice color and fits EVERYTHING but it has to LIGHT gray something like Benjamin More Owl Gray or Bunny Gray.

The higher side if you are changing colors. 

To my understanding, there is a selling agreement and a title transfer that has to occur, but this area is still grey to me and I would love to bring it to color. 

And I can only start with what I have ;)Risking letting my newbie colors show, Dollar General?

I for one would love to see some ALFs with a colorful style more along the lines of House of Blues rather than ... drab/dreary/beige.
