We got a lawyer and sued them as we had never seen a penny of rent money or pay out in three years and here they had taken over $10,000 and lied about the costs on the second building although I’m sure most of that money did go to those renovations.

We also do concrete damage repair and concrete coatings - some epoxy but mostly polyaspartic as it is harder than epoxy and won't peel off.
