Everyone on this forum will encourage you to take your time, save your pennies, and buy a house. 

This is the definition of penny smart dollar stupid. 

Going through the expense and pain of getting a transplant, only to connect the fresh heart to plaque-coated arteries just doesn't make much sense to me.Again, I'm no professional when it comes to these things, but maybe someone with some certified electrical/HVAC experience will chime in.

Fire the guy that made that youtube video.I buy houses with no repairs needed all the time for pennies on the dollar.

Getting something where somebody else takes care of cutting the grass and deciding when a new coat of paint is needed is where young couples today are.

Still needs another coat and color coat but they wait till near the end of construction for final coats so it doesn't get damaged during construction. 

Class C (first generation, smaller, rural, drive up) we classify as Penny Stock. 

Worth every penny.

Don't pinch pennies when you are doing mechanical work as it will always come back to bite you. 

My worry is because her son didn't get a penny will she purposely do something on her side to damage the fence and make it fall again next year
