i am thinking the bigger unit would bring in more, but i don't know how to look into this.I am new to STR and have not learned a lot about it so my concern is that if I go with the STR for the top and aren't able to rent it out consistently that I will be losing money on the deal because I will have to furnish the top, which is a lot, and will lose out on the larger chunk of the LTR rent for the home.Any and all advice and suggestions would be appreciated!

You are more likely to see consistent and steady appreciation, and it would be easier to sell off one or two if you want to move on to bigger things.

Unlike the emotions of a person I think submitting offers consistently like maybe every 2 weeks is a good tactic to use as they may just want it off their books.

These units have more space and a kitchen, but we prefer to eat out when traveling so it's seriously starting to push me back to hotels where I can at least feel like they're trying to earn my money and I can get a consistent result.

They should underpromise and over deliver!

I have consistently bought at prices much better than anything I see wholesalers are marketing, and in better areas too. 

Online, the context, facial expressions, delivery and tone of messages delivered can easily be confused or come across wrong.
