@Tracy CheonThe best strategy would be getting multiple bids on the work you want to get done.

As for OOS investing you need a boots on the ground team that consists of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and a lender.

Did you opt to sell, refi-rent, lease-option sale, or another strategy?

I am open to other markets in Beaver County but I am not as knowledgeable on them, and since multifamily are hard to come by in my target markets I am ok with being creative with my strategy (rent by the room, live in the basement and rent out the rest, etc.).
