well im new to the real estate,an what i plane to do i hope is find a lot of notes an make some money so my wife can stop working .an i can get my own house an save some money for my twins.it is 1 thing i don't want my kids to strugle like i have.but for me im from alabama an i neet my wife on the intrnet in 99.we talk on the phone an on the internet so after a while,so i jumped on the dog am came to corn an cow country.that was in 2000 an i got married had twins taylor&jordan.an so here i am seen on tv about buying an selling notes in cash flow.so is what i was told i need to find notes between 2 ppl.so i tried for a bit an gave up didnt know what i was doing so about 8mo later im trying again.the guy i rent from now is in the same thing im doing an told my wife it was a great thing to get in,when he got time he would stop in an show me how to find notes an where to look.really i have sat at this computer an looke an looked an rteally im lost but not giving up this time.i think if i find that 1st note an sell it things well change.so thats my story an im sticking to it.but really could use a good bird dog lol to point for me have a good day all thanks for the help

I scanned it into the computer, cleaned up the letters so they are real sharp, without ink blots, if an individual letter (abc...) was poorly formed, I replaced it with a letter found elsewhere on the page.

In fact, in excel, IRR (-1000,60,60,60,60,1060) does give you 6%.Of course, its easier to compute that than using IRR.
