Last summer I interned for a commercial real estate aquisistion, management, and development firm in the city of Chicago.

On the top of my head there are different ways of managing your multifamily properties, (7-12 units) I am curious as to your experience of how to best manage it in a B to C class neighborhood.  1. 

Specifically, I am in the process of acquiring a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment with a purchase price of $1.2 million and an ARV of $2.25 million.As I navigate through this project, I find myself encountering challenges in managing my time effectively amidst other commitments such as work and school.

Does the property management LLC have to pass down to the holding LLC's the income left after paying expenses each month just like if I were managing someone else's properties?
