Obviously, this can impact your overall cash flow. 6) it’s important to find an agent that knows the area well and understands how to work with an investor, as the process is very different than buying a primary residence. these are all things to consider, and there is going to be a learning curve associated with the process.

Would love to get together and learn from others, haven't done any deals but am starting one and have an appt to meet next saturday on a vacant house.

Well it was on the foreclosure website so i didnt know it was foreclosed on from the HOA association until after. lots of lessons learned here

I've learned the key is to truly help people and not focus on a dollar amount.
