Not all inner city I would venture.Joe who works Detroit and deals with I think a little higher grade than what you describe but knows the score and knows to stay away from what your describing for financial health reasons.Myself the accidental landlord who knew not of what he was doing, back in the day and was forced into dealing with inner city and this tenant demographic
