And I do know of people in TN who are doing this or something very similar.Anyway, in my mind the bigger issue is this: When you sign somebody up to lease-option their house to you, and then you go out and sell or assign your rights to that contract to someone else, well you're probably making some spread on the option consideration and/or the monthly payments.
