I believe you have to request to join, but as long as you explain they'll let you in.

I have few REOs I'm about to make offers on  however banks does not accept assignment.

From a bank standpoint, they will have a clear picture of who owns what and has what degree of liability;  however, all of the investors will have to produce tax returns and documents to the bank to show they are credit worthy. 

I called Bank of America because that’s who I bank with but it seem like it was nearly impossible with them.

If they want to pay more than 40%, make sure it is by wire transfer from a domestic bank. 

Hello,Can you explain the process for closing the deal, and what contracts to use?

My usual go to bank can't finance it because the contract isn't between myself and the actual seller.

Lots of attention from buyers, but because I knew her beforehand and explained my goals to her, she let me lock up the deal.

Has anyone dealt with AMG banking?
