By what legal instrument did you inherit it from?

In other words, rather than coming up with 50k cash, could you put a lien on one of the houses or use some other legal document/instrument/contract/etc that in effect gives the lender the right to foreclose on your other property and keep the first 50k of the sale if you default on the 4th mortgage?

Do not trust those automated valuation engines like zillow.

No Name is right that automated posting is generally against the TOS.

I said I wanted to have some one review my file while I was on the phone and I was manually approved after being denied the automation route. 

I had gone through their site and happened to read this article ( http://www.jiffystorage.com/blog/your-questions/how-to-store-percussion-instruments/ ) and it was quite impressive.

I currently hand wrote all the letters, but now I it setup it up for automation so I can get hand written fonts on yellow lined paper.  

It can be very time consuming in the beginning stages, but as you learn from others who do this and who have more time in and are successful, then you will learn how to automate your business and incorporate systems that will make your life much easier.
