Between all the developments that will bring huge sources of jobs and entertainment, new laws that will bring cash heavy investors, the airport expanding to account for all the recent tourism, and plans to build a new stadium for our growing sports franchise,  we are looking at exponential growth and change!

I asked if anything else was required and a hours later they asked for income verification, ID and a hardship form (all of which I have already uploaded for myself) so I redid them all for myself since I'm the only adult in my household...The next day, I'm told again, it was required for my daughter!

There is no way the seller will entertain an offer at $150k (in the space of real estate, that is an extremely lowball offensive offer just so you're aware).

More adults in Las Vegas were born in California than in Nevada, (hence the term California east) so maybe I do know more than even some Californians about Californians.
