I will be buckling down on getting those bandit signs out, and newspaper ads as well.

i would say you should find a good realtor in your area that knows what is what in this market. i am a agent here in south florida and i can say zero ads work for me. word of mouth is the best and always has been !!

Maybe they are the type of agent who just lists the property in the mls and places an ad in the paper and doesn't do anything else.

Craigslist ads are very helpful, and after lots of trial and error, perfecting CL ads becomes a solid source marketing out of state properties.
