Does anyone know if the Eastern Mass REIA group in Rockland is still active? 

There are a lot of investors active in all areas of RE in SE Michigan.

Keeping active all day long in the field would keep me awake.Now that I have a well established business (Insurance), behind a desk, I find I can get away with 5-6 hours a night for a day or 2, then I can tell I don't think/function as clearly by the 3rd/4th day.Ideally I like to just wake up naturally, which is usually 7-8 hours of sleep

We are agents, but do not want to participate in those activities.  

Decided it was time to jump in the pool and start being active on this website.

I am actively looking to purchase my first property in the next few months.

1) Do a JV with a flipper who is active in that area (find at the REI clubs)   OR2)Find a private lender

My current property manager is wonderful but of course I need to be an active participant in my own business.
