Your first post you said you were looking for a place within an hours commute of New York City that would put you in Peekskill possibly as far up as Poughkeepsie, parts of New Jersey Connecticut or Long Island. it sounds to me like now you’re actually speaking about New York City it’s self is that correct

@Darius KellarIf Newburgh New York was larger I’m pretty sure we would be up there close to Detroit this city is gentrifying at a tremendous rate a few years ago you could buy brick multi family houses needing work of course for five to $15,000 now people are paying 100 K plus
