there’s something I learned about many years ago called “habit stacking”It’s where you find something you already do every day (for this example it’s scrolling thru social while I take my morning shi…uhmmm…while I get ready in the morning), and add the new habit you’re trying to reinforce to the end of what you already do.So I just used Apple’s Shortcut app to create a BP Forum app on my homescreen and put it in my “Social” folder on my home screen.My goal is to post or reply to something every morning!

@Bruce Woodruff I guess we should wait and let @Faith Roberts reply and let us know what she is thinking but  I, personally, think there is plenty of room for her services whether long or short-term rental!

The latter being the biggest issue, because we're able to fix immediately, and bill immediately thus leaving the security deposit in tact at move out.I just realized I read the second reply as the OP, but I can't edit it out.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their replies, getting a bunch of different perspectives, thoughts, ideas, etc. is going to be very helpful.

An apartment can have downtown-level condo finishes but will stay stagnant and vacant if the bedrooms are 7x7 depending on what your tenants are looking for.I personally don't reply to zillow/trulia/hotpads direct messages/emails from the system.
