Hello All,      I am just looking to get some feedback/ a different point of view on this deal I am currently looking at.     

Track all of the income and expenses in report form that you can view regularly with a couple of others that can or has built up trust in and understand your goals to help you possibly reduce your expenses or increase your income on any property that you own.Between personal and business issues that I could give y'all I am going to stop now and tell you more later if given the chance.  

You can deter crime by selecting shrubs and trees that do not block views.

Do they upload them to be viewed w/out watching them live?

I have heard two different views, If you buy a cheaper property $20,000-$60,000 the cash flow is generally lower and no property appreciation and if you buy a property that is $100,000 or more typically the property appreciates over time.

No we have been sitting on it, but reached out to the Agent today for a viewing hopefully this weekend. 

I pulled up a street view of google maps from a few years ago and couldn't see any more information.

With another lender earlier this year, the house appraised for 183K, Someone actually came out to the house and viewed all 3 units inside and out.  

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is "The Wealthy Barber".Personally, I view it as a separate line of business.
