Ultimately they will need some servicing but minimal as they are fixed systems built to be outdoors and degradation is less than 1% per year and guaranteed by manufacturers for 15-20 which is standard.You are able to give the tenants an electricity credit if the system produces 100% of the expected consumption.

Having said all that, is was closed Nov 4th for renovations scheduled to be re-dedicated sometime in 2022.There is a TON of outdoor activities there, 8 golf courses, hiking, waterpark, canyon rapelling etc.

I’d always recommend a landlord policy, and a $1M umbrella policy over your home, auto and rental properties.
