interest rate tied to this $700 orig fee ?   

I still have 4k EMD tied up because the seller wants to work things out and left me a vm saying she really needs to sell and would like to work things out.I am looking for creative options in order to obtain this without creating to much havoc.

@Joshua D.If I’m in your shoes I would bring all his property up to speed how you would like them to be clean the MESS even if that eats up more time the money after all we will not be judged by money but by our relationships.

I currently had my funds tied up in a couple of flips I that I have had issues with contractors stealing my money and not completing the work to the homes.
