It depends on a lot of factors (square footage, access to attic and/or crawlspace, location of air handler, electrical service capacity, etc).

I'm looking into my next AIR BNB and need to pull data like average rent, rooms, amenities, and vacancy rate for each area, as well as AIR BNB regulatory info.

For the past 6 years around this time, it has been fairly quiet until the next spring.

Probably going to rent for $550-$650 per month if you own the lot (dirt) or $350-$450 if located in a park where the tenant/buyer has to pay lot rent.If (1 or 2) go empty you still have (8 or 9) paying...do the math.Yes, there will be 9 times the management.  9 times the upkeep and repairs, but my experience has been mobiles are less expensive to repair...except for heat and air units.Yes, they do not appreciate in value, but stick built homes haven't appreciated much since the Great Recession,  so look at a mobile like a used car, maybe like your car with the hail damage,  that has depreciated.  

I only wish I took your path when departing Ft Carson in Colorado Springs...

This is will also get them rented much quicker.I own some units that I renovated and are much nicer than the neighbors units (refrigerated air vs evaporative, new flooring, landscaping, etc), but they are harder to rent because the competition has in unit laundry. 

Everything is still up in the air but if it works, it'll be something I will undoubtably continue to pursue as a strategy to maintain more ownership. 

I would call and make courtesy coming in to change air vents and check all plumbing.
