Start by doing a google search "wordpress real estate websites" and see if any of them fit what you're looking for.

Google search "short sale option scam" and you'll see.A lot of the list agents get sucked into it unknowingly, and they accept them because the option-holder/investor offers to market the property for them and negotiate all offers with the bank, resulting in less work.Tell the agent that you can only do it if it's disclosed to the bank upfront and again on the HUD at closing.

The only way I was able to find this thread was to do a search on Las Vegas, sort by most recent.

They may have simply said the researched properties which means the searched expireds in a price range.I always suggest that you get with investors and see what they are looking for and then find the property that meets the need.

Search for PMs who manage this sort of property in that area.

A quick google search in your city should turn up some good sites to advertise on.
