It pretty much broke even that is why I was reluctant, I had it appraised this year and it has appreciated 49k from my original purchase price. #2, SFR I bought from a wholesaler (you can see the pictures and numbers from my previous post).

Since you waited 10 days, it’s likely out of the country and there isn’t much you can do, as far as getting the original money back.Maybe someone offers to make you whole but besides that or litigation there’s not much you can do
