It's in a tourist area so I knew that the shoppers would come out looking for something to remember their trip by.

Here the list is usually published Monday afternoon for Wednesday morning auctions.

Around 11:30 this morning, I look at BP and it shows I have over 500 new posts.Now, many of those posts are perhaps on boards that I don't necessarily read.FYI, the Fool is like BP in that they want to help everyone learn to invest in companies. 

You cannot wake up in the morning and sell your real estate like you can with stocks.  

If it was me, I'd take a trip and hit the streets once I knew where I was looking.

When and where tomorrow morning? 

Like the Monday morning after a frat party bad, I wore a respirator with VOC filters and still felt like I was a 6-pack deep.

By friday morning this will be final..

I think what trips most people up are irregular expenses like back to school shopping (if you have kids), Christmas, Vacation, Car Repair, etc.
