I really don’t know where the good neighborhoods are though.I would appreciate any basic knowledge of what the decent areas are (I’d love street boundaries since the app I use doesn’t show neighborhoods).

The basic idea of whole selling is to look for distressed properties (have you seen signs "i buy ugly houses" or heard of the app "driving for dollars" are good resources for finding distressed properties or side hustles.

What apps do you find most helpful for managing rentals, screening tenants, collecting rent, market analysis, or anything else you find useful?

Dating apps are going to do well in the coming months! 

If you do have to complete the training though, then picture how that knowledge might be helpful one day analyzing deals or creating a real estate app, or getting a job at Zillow or BP (for example!) 

So I've been using the app a lot lately and i was curious why I wasn't getting any notifications ( I was answering a lot of questions and trying to connect with a lot of people).

There's an app called Dealcheck and if you're a BP paying member then you can use their rental property calculator.
