He recently gave me a heads up on a distressed seller neighboring a property he was working with, and let me know of an uptick in certain bankruptcy proceedings that may help me find new sellers, Networking!!

This is why I like the vacation rental space over just some place to lay your head. 

I did well enough - after coming on board in June, I won "Top Listing Agent" for the year, out-listing seasoned agents who had a 6 month head start.  

It’s been interesting finding the balance between what’s been reported nightly by the talking heads and what’s actually happening in the marketplace.

We did use champagne bronze for the shower head, handle and sink faucet as it matched the metallic hexagons in the floor.

I haven't (yet) found an investor community to help sort the influx of information in my head.

Do you really believe that there is zero interest rate risk on the horizon or is it just head-in-the-sand hopeful thinking.

If you try to just cover something up and it is still there to only poke it's head out later, that's  where things tend to get ugly.
