It opened over 10 years ago, but just recently got a huge infusion of funds from the State to build out the campus to house twice as many students.  

This seminar is obviously set up to enroll students into the Mastery program but Cole Hatter was a true real estate expert and extremely motivational.

It only has 2,000 students.

I did some reading about it on Forbes and apparently this appears to be a big thing with millennial generations struggling with student loan debut and housing costs. 

And then of course some stuff you really *don't* want tenants messing with - I can't imagine my tenants, most of whom are college students, properly pruning trees on the property or cleaning the gutters without destroying something.

My niche is medical students, don't have time to party and guaranteed money for 2 years.
