Hi all,For those who are involved in Airbnb arbitrage, does anyone rent furniture?

I started thinking about possible tax deductions and was wondering does anyone know if you could write off your furniture when you initially furnish a home in a rent by the room house hack since the furnished common areas are one of the amenities?

Thought I was going to be able just simply remove and add some furniture but unit needed a little more work.

In 2022, I did tongue and groove ceiling, new furniture, flooring and a deck on the back.
