You can attend your first meeting free - just search REAPS on Google.

I want to be present for the inspection, however my attendance is impossible.As a first time buyer, I am concerned that I will miss valuable experience by not being present at the inspection.I would appreciate any tips/concerns for closing on a property remotely.

I attend the New Orleans REIA meetings once a month, but time after time find that these investors only invest in New Orleans.

He asked me to attend a REIA meeting for him in a city I was visiting because he wanted eyes and ears to the ground to see what was happening there because he was interested in breaking into that particular city.

I've learned a lot through bigger pockets blogs and their podcasts, and feel this is a great community to network with and be apart of.I've attended a few of the local REI's in the area (Arlington,Addison, Grand Prairie) and was wondering if any BP members are active members to any of these groups?
