@Christopher Fay based on your comment regarding cash flow, I'd say you have plans to strictly rent the home (instead of selling off with a year or less).

@Christopher Leday when tenants are on a month to month lease, you typically just need to give thirty days notice of doing so, but given you have lower end rentals, I would give them at least 60 days notice.
