dig what your trying to do with branding yourself but i wouldn't sell to a cop nor want to speak to one. i would avoid you all the time and your message. it's not about what you are, it's about the seller situration.

Economy wise, Portage has been growing strong in the past 5-10 years - A brand new retail section with new box stores and a multi-million recreation center are a couple of the largest improvements in the area.

Don't get too caught up in grand marketing schemes and branding and all of this other stuff.Concentrate on making 1 successful deal that is profitable.

I've seen where agent/brokers have been sued, or just threatened with a suit and payed up for things like, listing a Jacuzzi tub, were it wasn't the name brand & a buyer squawked and got a Jucuzzi brand tub, or stating new water heater when buyer finds out it's three years old and broker pays to replace.

We also only keep the very newest properties, (sometimes brand new).
