I was wondering if it were possible to buy a house with like 10 acres or so, and then attempt to get the property rezoned to a mobile home park (MHP), to then transform it into profitable real estate.

As in, I've read numerous blogs, attended meetings, attempted to dig up back taxed land parcels to flip, etc etc.

I don't understand the attempt of using Crowdfunding as a source for REI.

What you are talking about should only be attempted by very experienced, battle-tested sophisticated investors. 

I'm afraid to attempt a renegotiation because if the appraiser finds out about the mold it will not be approved by FHA guidelines anyway.

Of course, there could be some crossover.In the hard/private lending business, as in the mortgage business as a whole, there are brokers, there are lenders, and there are brokers who attempt to disguise themselves as lenders.I will assume we are talking about lenders.
