Hi BP,I'm actually making this post on behalf of my father who is currently seeking an investor(s) for a development deal consisting of 6 single-family homes in a gated golf community 15 min from a popular Colorado ski resort.

Does anyone know what are some popular cities to live on the Oregon Coast? 

Some of the homes are far form the clubhouse and separate from the main resort so they are not as popular.
