Don't get me wrong, I think that making money off of the place you also want to vacation is a great idea.  

You might be searching the wrong terminology.

What specifically do they say is wrong with the windows and doors that cause them to need replaced because this is a large expense and if they are not functional your inspection should show that.  

They may be correct for my Riskassumptions, but wrong for you.

Tough to win that battle.Just my thoughts.....hopefully you prove me wrong and make all kinds of cash on the PM business and are able to create automation and outsourcing to handle all the work at minimal expense with lots of profit.

However I think you would be well advised to consult one before you continue to make this kind of post.Please do a search on a term used by the SEC known as “conditioning the market” to determine for yourself if your post fits the SEC’s definition of this practice.I imagine that the last thing you’d want to do is start off on the wrong legal foot.
