I really like the Nokomis area a lot - if you're looking at holding onto this one as a rental for a while, I'm sure you'll see some nice appreciation in the coming years too.Just curious, but did you do the full renovation after closing on it, or did it come pretty much turnkey for you?

As a new investor, I simply don't have the budget for ListSource.com or the like, with prices between $0.14 and $0.18 per lead.

I would question the "Fair Housing Law" statement as I have read (although I do not know it verbatim) and I do not remember seeing anything about applying security deposits towards rent.

Where did you see that airbnb report. 

What they won’t do is agree to pay you for your work.

Do you have some kind of drop box, or do you just ship it to someone who lives in the area?

I've lived in Montgomery County for 25+ years and do everything I can to not go into Philadelphia. 

I would love to know where is the best place for me to start & least expensive, & what do I need as far as a team (attorneys, repair professionals, etc).
