I have read several real estate investment books, have watched and listened to over 300 hours of videos and pod-casts.

Every week I see something like this.

We are closing next week on a SFH that we plan to flip. 

I decided to start learning and to get into the real estate investing because of some videos I watched and decided that in order for me to provide the best life for my family and I that i needed to do something different from the average person.

So after a couple of weeks dealing with the death, I returned to Pittsburgh, and take a look at the property, purchase price 23,000 and it was a little rougher then what I expected.. lots of trash, holes everywhere, nothing salvageable, ( previous squatters)...

Hi All,I am 2 weeks away from closing on a 4 plex and need some guidance on setting it up under and LLC.

Last week I began my campaign.

Afterwards he only sent 1-2 people to work 2-3 days a week.

So if his job is 40 hours a week, he would need to spend another 41 hours each week in RE - which is impossible. 

I’ve been waiting for leases, tenant estoppels, etc for a couple of weeks now.
