I still gathered everything I needed, but Instead of sending all the info over to him that afternoon I decided to hold off for the weekend and really check out all my other options.  

I will say it does require a lot of time to make it worth it, so if you are willing to sacrifice nights, weekends, and time in between classes, go for it.

Initiated by my interest in real estate and house flipping, I began spending weekends with this friend of mine (who was working for a roofing company at the time) to learn how to evaluate the condition of roofs and estimate the cost of repairs/replacements.

Hopefully I can get inside this weekend and get this one going!

I will keep an eye out on the site for later networking events.It looks like I will be stuck waiting awhile until the next available weekend class that fits my schedule, but I am still excited to get things going.

Beer and wine on weekends.
