Ozone machines are supposed to work well at removing smells.I agree with Chris-what did your lease say about smoking and is pot legal where you are?

Don't run one through a washing machine and dryer. 

While most landlords are charging $3+ per load just for washing, we still charge our tenants only $1.

We love our machine.

If you're looking in-state, I'd suggest WA, Wash. and Washington.

@scott mac made my coffee spill...Laundry room- not a coin operated one but fluff and fold with a person.On site manager can: sell locks, loan tools for a fee, sell candy or soda machine, babysitting, rent bikes, rent ebikes, sell rolling baskets, sell or rent wagons (radio flyer or the canvas ones), rent out a pick up truck, sell security devices, sell mini air conditioners...Most these things require a person to be on site to stock, secure, and sell the items.Saturday bbq for sale plate of whatever Rent parking spaces.

I purchased a new washer/dryer back in October and have not been able to use it because the dryer vent needed to be cleaned for the machine to operate. 

I had a client from Singapore and we wanted to take him to a range in Wa. that had machine guns he was not allowed as he did not have US ID.. you might want to check with the gun range on that one to make sure they can allow them to shoot.  

Because it also is an expense for your STR business, the income you get from the lease is offset by the deduction in income for the lease in the STR business, which would make it a wash...or if they count the $500 as income, you now have $1500 income and $400+$500=$900 in expenses, which brings your DTI to 60%.

An ozone machine running several hours might have been all you needed.
