These are two ways I provide value to my clients, as well as doing showings for them (taking pictures/video, etc.) when they are not around, as well as trying to play devils advocate to any idea just to cover all basis (for some reason my investors love this). 

Am I crazy for not wanting to go see this if we approach closing again because my movement is limited due to COVID, my lawyer said we could do a long distance closing if we received a time stamped video of all the things I wanted addressed and the new work done. 

However I am new to using videos or FaceTime for potential leads.

I'll defer to CA lenders, but in the US it would be a commercial loan.I'd suggest a real time video walkthrough from the listing agent/your broker.

But every RE guru, Credit repair person, and everyone else trying to get youtube views blasted out videos about "APPLY TO GET YOUR FREE $10k!!!"

I came across some YouTube videos with people talking about wholesaling houses in 2017 and decided to give it a try.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
