Also more common on upper floors when the building itself is warmer.Your boiler capacity won’t decrease with a glycol solution, it will just have a higher specific heat capacity after creating the mix.

I would recommend getting a decent fixer upper in the same D/C area, but one that just needs more cosmetics like paint, fixtures, etc.

I'll guess that the reason it can't sustain 5 new units is that $950 might be the upper end or peak of the rental range.
