I took photos of the wiring, and in the background I noticed insulation on top of the foundation wall...I didn't notice when I was there, but saw it when I was zooming in on the photot to identify the wire types when I got home...I did some some research and it looks like asbestos.

I recently went to inspect a property and noticed a lot of neglect - things that they should've noticed (i.e. an open door (not just unlocked - open) for an entire weekend which could've been disastrous, easy fixes that they suggest big repairs for because they never inspected it themselves, poor communication with me and the tenants, and a lot of other things.

The foreclosure Trust initially told me to get quotes for a retaining wall and send photos of the properties, but once I did, and they saw them, they told me they would be selling the property "as is" with no guarantees or warranties" and stopped all conversation with me.
