You may want to file on Mon and have an electrician come "inspect" the circuit and write on the receipt that it is overloaded due to her having too many items.I know this isn't what you want to hear but unfortunately it is going to cost money, and if you don't get her out it WILL cost more money it just might be delayed until next month....

If my credit score is 600 and I get a fully amortized 20 year loan that is affordable and appropriate under the circumstances that should be fine.
