But as @Shawn G. mentioned revitalization has a ways to go and that area houses homeless facilities and that facility can only hold so much.

There were a lot of things to do around the hotel and there were nice facilities inside the hotel for the attendees to enjoy.

This kind of square footage i believe may be easier to find and allow this particular kind of studio to use the space to open their facility.
