Tomorrow night for the March meeting.

Time to hammer down tonight and tomorrow and get this thing done!

I am meeting at the property tomorrow with a contractor to nail down rehab costs and then an appointment with my agent to accurately gage comps in the area.

@David Voznyuk Lane KawaokaThanks,Steve PS - He also told me the course would be $6k if I didn't do it now, haha but little does he know that I know there's another seminar like this in Taunton (which is close to Rhode Island) and I can just go there tomorrow to get the special pricing.

We will be doing the meet up once a month and I don't plan on stopping, hopefully the turnout tomorrow night will be as good as the first month.  

Going with inspector to pick up radon test tomorrow and will ask him.

I agree with @Sarah Ziehr except that a true Cash Buyer can Close as soon as the seller is ready, if we agree today on terms, and you can have title, Deed and a closing statement tomorrow, I can wire money as soon as my bank can send it.

I feel like every couple years (or faster) the market is moving beneath me so I am constantly working on what model works today, as well as what model I expect I might have to move to tomorrow.
