There are MANY MANY opportunities to invest in real estate, no matter what you're looking for--from tear-downs to recently cleared residential land to beautiful homes that sustained no damage (mostly on PC Beach).The rental market is VERY TIGHT, and the Craigslist scammers have come out of the woodwork. 

The only time we house hacked a duplex it was back in 2013, and the standards were really tight at that time. 

I don't know if it's a good policy or price, but it allowed me to close on the property and I can always shop it around in the future when I'm not up against a tight deadline.

So tight screw connections become loose and then heat up and create heat. 

In the short term, my goal is to learn how to get a better grip on my taxes.

It reminds me of piping on a ship that would vibrate where there were long runs that weren't secured as tightly, or where a pump connected and introduced vibrations to the pipes.

It's definitely possible in that time frame although a bit tight.

I'm coming in a week early with the family and will be on a pretty tight schedule but I'm hoping to have a day or two to drive around maybe the 26th or 27th.

The long term buy and hold strategy was the easiest door to walk through at the onset and we've been fortunate thus far, although working capital is getting tight and the current rental market is hard to read (for myself anyway).

If it’s too tight I pass.
